Service Description

This course will discuss many soft tissue techniques used in sports massage today. A successful sports massage depends on accurate clinical assessment; this course will also help to identify the signs and symptoms of common sports-related injuries and medical issues in the athlete. Course Objectives Upon Completion of this course, you will be able to: 1. Identify the factors relative to sports massage 2. Describe four phases of sports massage 3. List common sports massage strokes and soft tissue techniques 4. Demonstrate proper protocol for sports massage on specific body areas affected by a variety of common sports related injuries and medical Issues
